No concrete: Our aim was not to build big concrete buildings,
but bungalows made of natural materials,
which blend into the environment. The result of this concept are beautiful and
ecological bungalows with ocean view from
the patio and garden.
There is still enough space between the bungalows.
The
bungalows are made of natural materials only, this adds to the health athmosphere
of this paradise
Each
bungalow for two persons consits of one living room and one bathroom.

No hotel
atmosphere, but natural beauty
You will
not have a hotel atmosphere with entrance halls and fancy bars, but you will experience
nature's beauty at her best with the sea, palmtrees and gardens.
Most
of the bungalows measure 6 x 4 m, and consist of one room.
The
houses are made of the following natural materials:

walls, made of adobe, teak and bamboo
-
ceramic-tile floors
-
thatched roofes with a wooden roof structure
-
bathroom: showergarden
without roof, ceramic-tiles, brick walls
-
paths and patio floors, covered
with shell-sand.
Two of the bungalows are more solidly built
Each of them has two single-rooms, each room with attached bathroom/shower.
The walls are made of bricks, floors covered with ceramic-tiles and thatched roofs.
These bungalows also have sea-view as well an own patio.

A few notes regarding the rooms and bungalows
If you are staying alone at Agastya Garden, you have the choice between three accomodation types:

1. Single room – without surcharge
You are staying in an individual bungalow with two rooms. Each room has its own patio, own entrance and own bathroom. This means, two persons stay under the same roof, but in two separate rooms. Two of these single room bungalows - without surcharge - are more solidy built, with clay walls.
2. Single room – surcharge USD 157.– per week
The rooms are as described above, but they are situated nearer to the sea.
3. Single bungalow – surcharge USD 420.– per week
Each of these single bungalows stands alone, has one room, a bathroom and a patio.

If two persons together are staying at Agastya Garden,
you have the choice between two accomodation types:

Each of these bungalows stands alone, has one room with two beds, a bathroom and a patio.
2. Bungalows for two persons –
surcharge USD 367 - 525.–per week
The bungalows are as described above, but they are bigger and are situated nearer to the sea.

The bungalows, located
right by the sea,
are situated in a natural
garden dotted with palmtrees and many Ayurvedic plants. The bungalows are set
30 m high above the sealevel. The sandy beach, only a 6 minute walk away, invites
for swimming and sunbathing.
